Visited on a lovely summers day for a birthday meal a week ago. We had booked a table ..although we were told someone would serve us after a quarter of an hour I went to the bar and gave my order. 40mins later the food apeared. My wifes steak was fine. My wild boar burger was flat dry and i thought bought in. As we overheard that even deserts were taking half an hour we cut our losses and left. The landlord taking the bill enquired if all was OK. I told him my opinion of the service and he offered to take money off our bill...which I declined as that was not my intention of giving feedback. I hate giving bad reviews but beeing busy on a sunny day is part of your planning...If you book a table in advance you expect reasonable service. Because of the burger...which I did not mention to the landlord...after all I had eaten it all....we shall not be rushing back.
